These terms and conditions apply to the “Special Package” created by MeetAmi Innovations Inc. (MeetAmi).
CoinDesk organizes, hosts and operates the Consensus 2024 event in Austin, Texas from May 29 to May 31, 2024 (the “Event”); as part of the event, a ‘Financial Adviser / Registered Investment Adviser Day’, consisting of a half-day event with peer-to-peer content and networking taking place on Thursday, May 30th from approximately 9 am to 2 pm (“FA/RIA Day”), including a graduation event for CDAA Graduates (defined below) (“Graduation Event”);
These terms and conditions of use (the “Terms”) govern the following:
The “Special Package” being offered to advisors includes access to MeetAmi and Consensus 2024 products and services. The special bundle includes:
- A 12-month subscription to AmiLearn’s digital asset learning portal with access to current and upcoming content
- Access to the Certified Digital Asset Advisor Course which qualifies for 12 CE Credits
- A pass to Consensus 2024 in Austin, Texas with access to FA/RIA day
- Event ticket to the CoinDesk CDAA graduation event (Note: The CDAA Course must be complete by April 30th, 2024 to be included in the graduation event listing).
This special package is $1000 USD for a limited time.
MeetAmi is providing the subscription to AmiLearn, including the CDAA course.
CoinDesk, in addition to contributing the Event tickets and Graduation Event tickets outlined above, will host the FA/RIA day and the Graduation Event in accordance with its general standards applicable to the Event.
Advisors
The “special package” is intended only for financial advisors and professionals with a CDA number in the USA or foreign equivalent.
Subscribers must sign up and pay by January 31st, 2024 to access the bundle.
Subscribers must complete the CDAA course by April 30th, 2024 to gain access to the Graduation event at Consensus 2024.
Ownership
CoinDesk (and Consensus) are separate entities and are not affiliated with MeetAmi Innovations Inc.
Use of Information
“the Company”, “we” or “us” will use your personal information to create your AmiLearn account and will also provide this information to CoinDesk for the purpose of creating your event registration.
Your name, firm and other information may be shared on the CoinDesk website and newsletter for promotion of your participation in this “special package”
