Transaction Certification

Transaction certification on a blockchain means a network of computers connected to the blockchain has validated the transaction. This verification is necessary to confirm the transaction and add it to the blockchain. Certifying a transaction on the blockchain is essentially the same as achieving consensus. All computers connected to the network must agree the transaction is valid to confirm a transaction and add it to the blockchain. This verification process ensures that each transaction added to the blockchain is legitimate and authorized by all parties involved.
