Public-key Cryptography

Public-key cryptography is an encryption method employing two types of keys: a public key and a private key. Anyone with a public key can encrypt information. However, decryption requires the corresponding private key. A private key must remain secret to the keyholder to ensure data security and integrity remains intact.
